- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- In the top menu, click on “Help”.
- Click on “Get Support” to start a new support request.
- Select the main category and sub-category that best match your issue.
- A form will appear. Fill in the details of your issue and choose how you’d like Amazon to contact you — either by email or phone.
- When you’re ready, click “Send” to submit your request.
