How can I download Amazon reports for audit purposes requested by HMRC?

You can download the necessary reports directly from your Amazon Seller Central account. Here’s how to get each of the key reports:

1. VAT Transactions Report
   • Go to your Seller Dashboard
   • Click on Reports → Fulfilment by Amazon Reports → Tax
   • Select Amazon VAT Transactions Report
2. Amazon Summary Reports
   • Log in to Seller Central
   • Go to Reports → Payments → Date Range Reports
   • Click Generate Report and choose Summary Report
3. Custom Transaction Reports
   • Log in to Seller Central
   • Go to Reports → Payments → Date Range Reports
   • Click Generate Report and choose Transaction Report
